Apparently Redbox doesn't factor past rentals into their emails

I just received this email from Redbox saying I should rent "The Hurt Locker".  Great, except I just rented "The Hurt Locker" last week from Redbox!  If you're going to send emails, why not customize them based on past viewing habits?  If they don't have the technology in-house to make semi-accurate recommendations, they could probably buy the algorithm from the Netflix Prize runner-up for a decent price and proven results.
