Went to the Apple store to see the iPad. Seems like a cool device. It's heavier than you'd think by looking at it and I found it a bit awkward holding it. Typing is also hard without laying it flat. Well see how it does long term.
With all of the rain and snow, we found that the carpet was soaking downstairs. So I had to pull up the carpet and cut away the wet padding. I feel like we should have earned so equity in this rental for the amount of work we've put in.
